Dodge Grand Caravan Purchase - Great Experience I stopped in about 6 months ago looking at Vans and Colin Frantze took the time to show us the various models, and answer all our questions. He was very easy going and a real asset to Okanagan Dodge's sales team. We ended up with an older van bought privately which we used for a few months and stopped in last week to upgrade to a new 2015 Dodge Caravan. Colin made the whole process easy. When we decided on the specific van and features we wanted he made sure it was all gassed up, spotless inside and out, and even took the time to put the plates on it from our older vehicle. He introduced us to the rest of the team at Okanagan Dodge in Parts and Service, and they had a fellow inside who was able to take care of all our insurance needs. I've bought quite a few new vehicles and Okanagan Dodge is doing everything right - I'll definitely be back and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. We had not made an appointment, yet when we arrived Gary greeted us, and as always welcomed us as friends. We were pleasantly surprised that Gary was able to troubleshoot and take care of the situation for us immediately, and before we knew it we were on our way home with our right signal fixed.
