You don't always see the best service from many dealerships when you are getting warranty work done, almost like you are wasting their time, but that is not the case at Okanagan Chrysler Jeep Dodge. From the service advisor, the warranty work, to the service counter, the courtesy driver, to the truck coming out washed and cleaner than it went in, the parts showing up days quicker than expected, the whole experience was pleasant, friendly, and fast! More

Satisfied Customer I found everyone I dealt with to be friendly and professional and my car was returned to me clean. The only 'complaint' I would have is that the dealership in Vernon is not, at this time, able to service my FIAT and therefore I have to go to Kelowna to get any type of service. This is inconvenient. More
