Dishonest Service The sales team was dishonest and the service team is slow and overcharges. Being 9months pregnant and dealing with an ICBC claim I was already feeli The sales team was dishonest and the service team is slow and overcharges. Being 9months pregnant and dealing with an ICBC claim I was already feeling stressed out. I found it hard to get a response from the service department. I would text and call and either not get a response at all or be told I would get a call back and it would not happen at all or hours later. They overcharged me on my deductible and “can’t see” what the overcharge is for. I also had to go back to the shop 3 times in one day (I live 45 mins away) because they kept forgetting important ICBC paperwork. My husband got a picture text of our deductible owing with no explaination. Just a picture of a receipt with the total circled. VERY unprofessional. More

Ni brake lights activating i...the recall update to fix my lights has in fact not fixed my "no brake light" issue and further investigation was clearly required. After a 3 km test drive I would assume the dash indicator lights were blinking. You sent me back on road with no braking lights. Not happy with service. More
