I used to find when my car was under warranty, they did great work. I no longer use them as they seem to just want to upsell you when it's not really necessary. My recent example is the car GPS sound syste great work. I no longer use them as they seem to just want to upsell you when it's not really necessary. My recent example is the car GPS sound system recently lost the sound on one side, both the passenger and rear passenger speakers. Common sense would be if the speakers are blown, they would make noise. I had told the tech to check the connections to the amp as it either was the speaker connections have broken or the amp has lost lost that side. Instead they said to replace the speakers and then see if the problem still exists. If I'm going to buy another Subaru in the future, I will look at a different location for servicing. More

Not worthy of any stars...Brought my 2013 WRX to be serviced for 3 recalls and a blown engine (recall known for engine failure), my extended warranty got denied because they said it’s a manufacture war serviced for 3 recalls and a blown engine (recall known for engine failure), my extended warranty got denied because they said it’s a manufacture warranty... my car sat in the dealership lot for over two months with nothing being done. The service manager reacted in a highly unprofessional manner when I questioned him about why nothing had been done and why I hadn’t received so much as a courtesy call or email to inform me of the status of my car. My keys got thrown across his table and I was instructed to make arrangements to get my car off his lot... and to find out later that he had flagged my car’s VIN # so that no other dealership could touch it!! Subaru Canada denied my claim because the manager didn’t bother getting back to me regarding 4 receipts I was missing and went ahead and just sent the ones he had... regardless.. his negligence cost me my car..They wasted my time and caused me a lot of stress and anxiety not to mention all the money I had to pay for a rental...Adding insult to injury, I still owe $9200 on my 2013 and it’s no longer even on the road!!!!! This has left a very bitter taste in my mouth! Word of advice to whoever reads this... STAY CLEAR OF OGILVIE SUBARU! Being a true Subaru lover and thanks to all the staff at Otto’s Subaru, I am once again a proud owner of a 2020 WRX!!! I will always cherish the many good memories of my 2013 WRX...who was murdered by Ogilvie Subaru!! RIP SUBUBU 2013-2020 More

This is our second lease from Ogilvie and both times, we had a great buying experience. Will definitely be going back for another one in the future. Thanks again to Patrick and a huge thanks to Ali Said for going the extra mile to accommodate my many questions and requests on the new Forester. Loving it!! More

After that, prepare to be ignored and forgotten. It starts top-down so don't bother complaining to a manager either. All the bad reviews you've seen before this one are true and I wish I'd read it before purchasing. There are only 2 Subaru dealerships in Ottawa and no other Subaru dealers even remotely close. Starve the service department here so they close and re-open under new management. More

The frustrations started with a delay of 90 minutes from my scheduled appointment time to take ownership of the vehicle. That was followed by a realization that the winter tires I negotiated with the vehicle were not ready. After months of waiting (and arguing) I went to collect my tires (again with a scheduled pick up appointment) to get there and find out the tires were not ready - and the parts department asked me to pay for them (something that was included in the vehicle purchase deal)! Emails and calls to managers were not always answered, and web site contacts are out of date making it difficult to redirect complaints and comments to others. I will not be returning to this dealership for any future business. More
