Your Crosstrek was brought in as an emergency drop without an appointment, and in these situations it typically takes about 3–4 days for our team to work the vehicle into the schedule around existing commitments. That said, the difficulty you had reaching our service department by phone and the lack of clear updates are not the level of communication we aim to provide, and we sincerely apologize for this. We will do our best to get your vehicle in as soon as possible and provide you with an update. Your feedback about our responsiveness and the attitude you encountered is being taken seriously and will be reviewed with our team so we can improve.
