Service appointments are a joke! I made an appointment for maintenance that should have taken approximately two hours. My vehicle was only taken into the garage two hours after my ap I made an appointment for maintenance that should have taken approximately two hours. My vehicle was only taken into the garage two hours after my appointment time. I spent four hours waiting. The service advisers saw nothing at all wrong with this. Customer service is obviously not top of mind in the service area. I will not be returning to Oakville Honda. More
Appointments seem pointless. I had a 3:30 pm appointment for an oil change. I was told when I brought it in that it would take 1 and a half hours to do the service. I was somewhat surprised by this since it was just an oil change but I agreed to wait. It took an hour and twenty minutes before it even moved out of the service reception area. It was supposed to be ready by 5:00 pm, so when there was still no sign of it at 5:30 I started walking around the service area to see what was taking so long. The service manager said he was just waiting for it to come back from the car wash. Finally at 5:50 pm he drove it up to the doors. It took 2 and a half hours to get a simple oil and filter change. I noticed on the bill that it stated the service was finished at 5:06. Clearly a lie. they even charged me 2 dollars for a washer fluid top up. I will never return. It's not the first time I have had an issue with this dealer's service department. I'm sorry I bought the car there. More

They don't care about your opinion or time. I have been to service my vehicle twice at Oakville Honda and both times left disappointed. The first time they overcharged me and even when I showed I have been to service my vehicle twice at Oakville Honda and both times left disappointed. The first time they overcharged me and even when I showed them their error they would not change the invoice. The second time I was there I had to wait forever for my van to be serviced even though I had an appointment. I don't know if this was a way of getting back at me for the previous visit but I am done going back there. P.S. If they could only own up to their errors and/or apologize it would have been different yet they just cannot find it in them to do sol More

Dilawri Rewards I purchased a car in 2014 and went in today for an oil change only for them to tell me that I have $2.00 in service rewards. I have every copy of the invoices since I bought the car and know how many times I've been to that dealership for service and how much was spent. I spoke to the Service Manager Michael Costa and instead of resolving the issue - he just wasted 10 minuets of my time going over my account to try to prove me wrong. I will not be going back to this dealership for any service or buying another car (which we are currently doing right now) - I will go to Halton Honda instead if we decide on a Honda. I read the other reviews on this site about this dealership and I would say that 70-75% of them are actually true. It's a shame that they try to discredit the customer instead of stepping up and comping them for their time and inquiry - it almost felt like they were shocked that I would even ask about the Dilawri Reward program. More
