Tonight we went to Oakville Chrysler to loo at and purchase a new Journey the greeting we received at the main entrance was very friendly and warm. Larry was waiting to meet us and first impression was very friendly, he introduced himself and we sat down to discuss our visit, showed us a couple of options and went out side to look at the Journey we had chosen to test drive. Larry gave us a quick run down and demo on the vehicle and started the vehicle up to warm up and we waited while he got the dealer plate and away we went. on the test drive he was very informative and explained the vehicle in detail. Returned to the dealership and talked price and some options, discussed what price per month, And Larry came back with our price as well as a few additional options. very pleased with this experience as we were in a Hamilton dealership on Monday night and left very frustrated and we were not to return to this dealer ship for any purchase. Larry took us to see Terry Khan the fiance manger and again a very enjoyable experience , everything was explained in detail, explanation very thorough and professional, After we were completed with Terry we returned to thank Larry and express our great feeling of appreciation with the experience , we will be back to Oakville Chrysler to do additional business in the future as I want a new vehicle next year LOL.
