On two separate occasions since buying the vehicle I have driven into the Dealership without giving prior notice to discuss what I felt were important service issues. On both occasion my concerns were given immediate attention by the service Department and Management team . I was told to leave the car behind while the car could be worked on and driven home while they worked on the car . Both matters were resolved the same day and to my complete satisfaction. I am impressed with the level of customer service that this dealer gives to it's valued customers and believe that they are leading the pack in Oakville in providing quality customer service to their clientele. More

The service advisor said to bring the car through their "Fast Lane" on a first-come first-served basis...in and out in an hour including oil change...great. More
