I recently called the service department to ask them a question about the recalls on a NEW Jeep and a problem with Uconnect (which the service manager Wayne Tweedy did resolve over the phone), and was told that he could not speak to me because the note on my file states that "He is no longer welcome at the dealership". I didn't realize that Cam was still in grade school, and doesn't like we he gets picked on! I am now dealing with Chrysler Canada with possible litigation to follow. They knowingly sold and serviced my vehicle with a dangerous exhaust leak, which to date, has not been fixed. More
