Best birthday present ever! I went into the dealership with low expectations of getting good money for my 2011 Jeep Wrangler, as I had an accident, and had some bad experiences e I went into the dealership with low expectations of getting good money for my 2011 Jeep Wrangler, as I had an accident, and had some bad experiences elsewhere. Mark, my salesman, was not only friendly and knowkedgable, he was witty and charming and made the experience a real treat in helping me pick out my "dream fully loaded wrangler". Not only did I get top dollar for my trade in, but I ended up with the dream Jeep I was hoping for, financed (unbelievably at a low interest rate), and picked it up on my birthday!!! What a great present, even more so that Mark aka worlds best salesman had thrown in a few balloons for my birthday! It was a great experience! I would only ever buy my jeeps, which I'm a lifer now, from Mark @ Oakville Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. To top it all off, I had lost my wedding band inside the Center console of my trade in, Mark commissioned a service man to get in there and find it, and they did so after I had traded it in!!!! Such amazing customer service that goes above and beyond for the customer!! More
