Fantastic Experience!!! My wife and I just purchased a 2016 Dodge Journey and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment we walked into the dealership to when My wife and I just purchased a 2016 Dodge Journey and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment we walked into the dealership to when we left the lot with our new car, we felt our needs were being looked after. We felt the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and were able to answer any questions that we had. Our main contact was Frank Dametto who diligently worked together with us in order to get a deal done that was within our family’s budget. We never felt pressured or stressed like you do sometimes at other dealerships. It was an overall fantastic experience and we would not hesitate to recommend purchasing a vehicle from Oakville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Ltd. Thanks guys and thanks for the Donaldson jersey!!!! More

Worst customer service I have ever experienced I love my 300s and would definitely buy a Chrysler again. I would however go to another dealership for as soon as they had my money it was like I didn I love my 300s and would definitely buy a Chrysler again. I would however go to another dealership for as soon as they had my money it was like I didn't exist. My car was not ready for pickup at our agreed time, a year later I still have never received the second key/fob I was promised and when I finally picked up my car, I had to drive the salesman to the gas station so we could put gas in the vehicle. This was our first experience with them, and my husband and I were very impressed by their honest, genuine attitude and the efficiency and expertise with which they made the whole deal come together. We were looking for a practical van which could help me move my home staging furniture/props to my real estate listings, and double as a practical family van. We needed guidance regarding what the best option would be, and found all the help we needed at the dealership. Cam Comporone, Chris Tannous and Logan Franklin are outstanding! I have already handed out their cards to various friends and real estate clients. I highly recommend this dealership. Double thumbs up!! More

Waste of time I bought a used 2013 Ford Escape last year from this dealership. I came into get it appraised, and possibly sold. I spoke to Frank on the phone before going in to make sure he was available. When I got there I asked to see Frank but he completely avoided me and sent out rookies. I would NOT recommend this dealership. Poor communication esp from a manager. More

Bigtime trade-in lowball on my Dodge After telling my rep over and over about getting lowballed on the trade-in at other places, this experience was no different. $18k+ on Canadian Black After telling my rep over and over about getting lowballed on the trade-in at other places, this experience was no different. $18k+ on Canadian Black Book, these guys were only giving $13k. So it was a waste of time. Also, had to stand around just waiting for someone to help us out - there were a few of us in that predicament. It also seems like they inflated their asking price, so combined with the lowball, a major rip-off here. I would not recommend this dealership if you havea trade-in, but factoring in the higher sticker price, perhaps not at all! More

Just Great Service I've been taking my Jeep Grand Cherokee in to this dealership for service over the past couple of years and I have been so impressed - Tara is always I've been taking my Jeep Grand Cherokee in to this dealership for service over the past couple of years and I have been so impressed - Tara is always friendly and helpful, and you can tell she wants to get to the root of the problem and help you get on your way. The Service Manager and the other staff have also been terrific. My biggest issue with other dealerships is I felt they were trying to find more and more things wrong that they would then have to fix (for a lot of money), but with Oakville Chrysler Dodge, I feel like I can trust them to really tell me the key issue and help solve it. I've never had such a positive experience with a dealership before. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More
