The receptionist greeted me and asked if I would like to wait in the showroom. While I waited I was asked several times by different people if I had been looked after. There was a friendly and professional attention given. I later met with Camillo and after describing what type of car I was looking for it was obvious that he cared about getting me into the right car. But not only that, he was more interested in helping me find a suitable car, than in just selling me a car. Chris and Mike were also very helpful and professional. It was a great experience overall. I was offered a great deal on a Black, in stock model but I decided to place a factory order and Kathy made that experience quick and painless, as she explained what was included in each option that I chose!! She kept my apprised of what stage my new car was in, during its build cycle as well. Although I was expecting the standard 4-6 week wait time, they asked if it was possible, to but a rush on my Challenger so that I may enjoy it quicker, and it worked!! It was ordered May 2nd and my new car showed up at the Dealership May 16th and Kathy notified as the delivery truck pulled into the parking lot. When it was time for me to take delivery, Kathy showed me, once again, her knowledge of my vehicle as she went through all of the options that I had chosen and when I had a few more questions about the car, her professionalism shone brightly once again by answering my questions. Not once did I feel rushed through the last stage of the "Buying a New Vehicle Experience" as Kathy took her time so that I felt comfortable enough to drive off the lot!! This is my 9th Brand New vehicle and working with Kathy has been, by far, the BEST 5 Star, A+++, 10/10 experience and I look forward to dealing with Kathy for my 10th New Vehicle!! Treated like family my wife and I went to the dealership to just look at some possible new cars. After speaking with a sales rep who showed us all the cars we wanted to s my wife and I went to the dealership to just look at some possible new cars. After speaking with a sales rep who showed us all the cars we wanted to see, we came to the conclusion that a grand caravan was the vehicle for our family. The staff at Oakville dodge was incredibly friendly and easy to get along with. We were not pressured into anything but treated with respect and patience through the whole experience. Pleasant Experience I knew exactly what I was looking for (was buying the same jeep I already had, just wanted a new one). I went to 4 dealerships and this was my last stop. I was dealt with promptly and my questions were answered directly and clearly. I didn't feel like I was getting a run around or ripped off as I sometimes did in other dealerships. I really hate when they won't just tell you the price and instead ask what your budget is. If I'm telling you this is the vehicle I want with these features to my mind I should be able to know what the price is. I enjoyed dealing with Andrew the Sales Manager & Mark Geerts the Sales Consultant. They were straight forward and I will definitely deal with them again when I'm ready for my next vehicle. More
