One concern No news is good news... so they say. Which is why I havent posted a review before. But today's visit left me with a concern. My regularly shceduled s No news is good news... so they say. Which is why I havent posted a review before. But today's visit left me with a concern. My regularly shceduled service found a head light the needed replacing. No problem. I was quoted the prices of 2 possible bulbs. No problem. But then I was told the labour cost to replace the bulb... MORE THAN $33.00 !!! Instead, I picked up a bulb at Canadian Tire and spent the next THREE MINUTES installing it. If I can install a bulb in 3 minutes, I expect a professional setvicw tech can too. More than $33. This have left me wondering what other service charges should be questioned at your dealership. I remain a loyal customer, but now a loyal customer whose eyes are opened. More

Wonderful experience I've been buying fords for years but this was the first time I've been to Oakridge Ford. I was greeted in the parking lot and from that moment I could I've been buying fords for years but this was the first time I've been to Oakridge Ford. I was greeted in the parking lot and from that moment I could tell that this experience would be different. Alban went above and beyond to ensure I knew what was available and answered all my questions. I decided to take a night to think about it and that night he sent me an email with videos on the Ford Edge and as I watched them it made my decision easier. I returned to the dealership in the morning and purchased one. I'm incredibly happy with my decision and I genuinely feel taken care of. I will recommend alban to all my family and friends and will purchase all my future vehicles with Oakridge Ford. More
