Saves on upgrade I was looking to upgrade my Escape and was referred to John Gillan at Oakridge Ford. John listened to what I wanted and gave me option s in that range I was looking to upgrade my Escape and was referred to John Gillan at Oakridge Ford. John listened to what I wanted and gave me option s in that range and gave advice without pressure. In the end I got more than I even asked for and saved 2000 a year over what i was paying for on my previously owned vehicle I purchased from Highbury Ford. Had it not been for John I may not have purchased from Ford again after realizing how bad a deal i received from Highbury. Thank you John. See you for my next purchase. Barb. More

Buying my first car was a breeze at this dealership. I went to Oakridge Ford because my sister had a very good experience buying her first car. When I first stepped into the dealership I was met with the very friendly John Gillan who made me feel like an extremely welcome customer. I test drove a few cars and chose the car I wanted, a 2014 Ford Escape. When the decision was made I sat down with John to go over the costs and options which was painless and easy to understand. Then I moved on to the financing of the vehicle where I sat down with Luae Al-Shabbak. He was very friendly and helpful. It was closing time on a Saturday and both John and Luae took their time during the buying of my first car which I can't be greatful enough for. When I picked my car up a week later I was again met with the friendly John Gillan who took me through the final steps of getting my car. He was a great help throughout the whole process and I would definitely recommend him to others who are looking to buy a Ford vehicle. More

Amazing Shopping Experience I had struggled to find a decent used vehicle until I parked at Oakridge and took a walk. The detailers in the shop were professional and grabbed a salesperson for me. I had such a wonderful experience with Vera! She got me into a vehicle I was searching for and within my budget (which I was having no luck with). It has been over a month now and my used Lexus has been a dream. It had been serviced at this location, so it was well maintained too. I will be returning to this dealership one day and hope that Vera is still there to find me another awesome car! More

Amazing once again!!! Reese couldn't have done any better trying to get our '17 F150 deal done! She is a very professional woman and helped me find another vehicle to match my needs. That day I walked out with the purchase of a 2013 Taurus and I love it. Going from a broken down 03 jetta to a car that is only four years old is a wonderful feeling. Leasing Renewal Experience I recently leased my third Ford F150 from Oakridge Ford. I was critical of the length of time required to complete the paperwork process with the past I recently leased my third Ford F150 from Oakridge Ford. Lovin' Our New Wheels After weeks of looking for the pick up we were looking to upgrade to, we made a last minute stop at Oakridge Ford. Great first impression. Vehicles ar After weeks of looking for the pick up we were looking to upgrade to, we made a last minute stop at Oakridge Ford. Great first impression. Vehicles are clean and well presented. Vehicles are positioned to make both "cruise browsing" and "walk browsing" easy. There was a surprisingly large inventory of used vehicles which is what we were particularly aiming for. Just minutes into our browsing, we found "the truck". (I would like to mention here that we really enjoyed the ability to browse without getting bombarded by sales). When we were ready for a test drive, Ted was the first friendly face in the building, ready and eager to help us. What we particularly liked about Ted was he seemed to have knowledge on the history of his used inventory without having to go look everything up. (Kudos, Ted!). My finding with car dealerships is that they love to upstage their inventory and talk down your trade-in vehicle to maximize profits. What we really appreciated is that Ted took into account the other appraisal values we received and not only complemented the condition of our vehicle, but matched the competitor's appraisal. (Wow, thank you. This gains status of a return customer). The wait to complete paperwork for the sale was long with a cranky toddler. However, we were greeted by another very friendly face, Mark. Mark did not make us feel rushed at all to complete the financial paperwork. He really took the time to thoroughly explain the terms of the financing and options for add-ons. I realize that is a car dealers' job to offer extended warranties, add ons, and protection plans. However, this is the only area I felt the experience of the car buying process could be improved at Oakridge; myself, I felt pressured at times for the extended offers which I verbalized disinterest in. Oakridge was accommodating and flexible in arranging vehicle delivery time with us. At the time of pick up, the truck was decently cleaned, though some areas forgotten (We were totally ok with the condition of the truck, none-the-less). We are loving the new wheels. We hope to have this vehicle for a long time to come, however, we will be repeat customers to Oakridge Ford when the time comes. More
