Good Start poor ending We bought a 1 year old Ford escape. The sales person was very knowledgeable and great to work with. We were able to get a car that we liked for what We bought a 1 year old Ford escape. The sales person was very knowledgeable and great to work with. We were able to get a car that we liked for what we thought was a reasonable price. On the way home after purchasing the car we saw lines on the windshield that were very noticeable in some light conditions and almost invisible in other light conditions. We cleaned the front windshield but it was scratched not just smeared. We contacted Oakridge but they said it passed safety so nothing will be done to fix the problem. Because of the windshield I almost didn't recommend the dealership. The sales person was great More
