Recall fix Brandon was a good service representative the car was fixed in good time and the oil change was done. the only negative comment I have is that they di Brandon was a good service representative the car was fixed in good time and the oil change was done. the only negative comment I have is that they didn't let Brandon know until after the car was out on the lot and finished that I needed a new battery so now I need to bring it back in again if I want Ford to replace it. So that probably means they lost that transaction because I mean that just wasted my time I have to make an appointment to come back again just for that! Normally usually they call when they do the point check and say hey you need this or that. Someone was in a hurry. More
