I have wanted one for years, but Reese really knows his customers and was able to direct me in a direction to a vehicle that better met my needs. It just so happened to be another Escape, this time fully loaded and a LOWER monthly payment! Reese is a total pro every step of the way, and never fails on his word. He listens to what I want for a vehicle and delivers every single time. He is always busy, thats a good thing and says a lot about his work ethic. No matter how busy he is, he'll always make time in person, or over the phone. Mark knows what he is doing on the finance side, being my 4th truck, he knows what I am after in regards to extra warranty coverage etc....he explains it thoroughly, but doesn't force it. Again, always there to answer questions with a thorough answer. Both Reese and Mark are 10/10 employees. More
