Visited Oakridge Ford on the advice on my brother who is a long term customer. Was introduced to Mike Alguire, General Sales Manager and Steve Sawruk, Sales Consultant. Steve guided us through the features and options of the F150 that we looking at, and spent the time to listen to our needs so that he could offer the best priced and logical option to meet them. Although the dealership was extremely busy, Steve took the time that we needed (after all a car is usually the biggest investment after your home!) and answered all my questions (which were many). The vehicle was delivered as agreed, and Steve followed up a few days later to make sure everything was ok. We ended up having an issue with the insurance company, which Steve dealt with quickly and efficiently. In addition to being very personable, Steve is a professional, extremely knowledgeable and amazing sales person. He genuinely made me feel at home, shared my excitement about the car I was looking to purchase and was attentive and also informative by explaining and showing me all the new features of this incredible car. Steve took the time to 'talk' and also 'listen' to me, to understand exactly what it was that I was looking for, and he did that without ever using any of the pushy/high pressure sales tactics that I have experienced at the other dealerships and that so many of us have come to hate.
