First time purchase from Oakridge I found the initial purchase negotiation to be open and straightforward including details between Black Book retail and wholesale pricing. Reese list I found the initial purchase negotiation to be open and straightforward including details between Black Book retail and wholesale pricing. Reese listened to my requirements and took the necessary steps to meet all of them, including additional back and forth questions over the course of a few days. The ultimate outcome resulted in my buying a '14 Mustang rather than a new one. The subsequent process was equally straightforward for the initial purchase. The financial process was somewhat less structured and I would have preferred working a prepared document laying out the services provided and related costs during the discussion with a total summary rather than as individual items. Once I had the car home I discovered a small ding in the trunk lid. Reese coordinated this matter as well and it was quickly addressed with the repair scheduled for later this week. Excellent response. I would recommend Reese Patterson as a contact for anyone considering buying a vehicle from Oakridge. This is a first experience review with Oakridge and based on first impressions I expect that future interactions will be positive. More

Recently our vehicle needed some minor tire maintenance, and an appointment could not be granted for a few days. Professional, Simple, Effortless I love Oakridge Ford! Every member of the team from service to sales from finance to management, makes me feel part of the Ford family. Once again I love Oakridge Ford! Every member of the team from service to sales from finance to management, makes me feel part of the Ford family. Once again I had the great pleasure of working with David Sharpe. Last year, I moved into a Ford Escape. It was the right choice for us at the time as my boys were growing into teenagers. We needed more leg room. Recently though, we blended two families and now have four children. Not only did we need a vehicle to move them all, we have three boys who are on track to be well over 6 feet tall. On a whim during a regular service visit, I made a passing comment to John and David about moving us into FLEX. By the end of my visit, that is exactly what had happened. With the help and support of the amazing staff, David went to work to find me a solution. Much to my surprise and delight, David found a way to get us into my beautiful, new FORD FLEX and a new lease in the same time it took to put on my all season tires.
