He showed us what options we had, helped us weigh what was best for us. He got us the vehicle that we wanted ( brand new focus ) all the bells and whistles we wanted. Both Brian and Charles were great to us and we will definitely go right back to them. We will recommend the team at Oakridge Ford for anyone looking for a car because no one will have better customer service than them. Thank you to Brian and Charles for all their help and support. Almost scammed by service department I was lucky to get away from this scam. My Ford Flex went in for lock sensors that were malfunctioning. The doors were closed but the display woul I was lucky to get away from this scam. My Ford Flex went in for lock sensors that were malfunctioning. The doors were closed but the display would show and beep constantly showing that the door was still open. My car was dropped off first thing in the morning and I was shuttled home shortly after. I was called from service late afternoon and advised that the sensors needed to be removed and cleaned. This process would take 2 hours and between parts and labor it would cost just under $300. My car had just under 62,000kms and the warranty would only cover till 60,000kms so I was advised that I was no longer covered even though my car had gone in for the same issues, under warranty, months before. When I was told the process and price, I told the service advisor not to bother doing the work and that I would look into doing it myself. I was told that the car could be picked up any time and the conversation ended. I was called back 10 minutes later by the same rep and was told that he went to speak to his supervisor and after looking into the matter, they found out that the problem IS covered thru warranty and that I can go and get the car in 20min! So, when I was paying for the service, it was 2 hours of work but when I said to forget it, all of a sudden its covered and it only toke 20 minutes??!! In all fairness, i'm not sure if it was the service rep, manager or Ford itself that trains their reps to scam customers this way and over-charge customers for something that is covered and does not require the hours billed. Since that appointment, which was only a few months ago, I still have the same issue. Its obvious that a cleaning is not the issue and I strongly encourage other customers to investigate the issues before agreeing to pay whatever they’re told over the phone. More

He was quick to respond to my E-Mails, pho I bought my new Mustang from Oakridge Ford. I found David Sharpe to be very sharp, as his name suggested. He was quick to respond to my E-Mails, phone calls and questions. He was attentive, but not pushy. He took the time to explain the various "toys" and the way they work. He jumped through a few hoops, to ensure that my car was ready on time for me to pick up. Thanks David The entire staff was very friendly and helpful also. Way to go Oakridge Ford! More

David helped us test drive a car we had found on Autotrader and then facilitated our purchase. He was able to have a mechanical modification made to the car that we requested and then we negotiated a price. David contacted us several times at home with information that we had requested and he called us to ensure we had our necessary documents in order before we took ownership. David was a "no pressure" type of sales person and we really appreciated this! The showroom is beautiful and affords many comforts while you wait. All in all, an excellent experience and we can highly recommend David Sharp and Oakridge Ford in London. More

Salesman Steve Sawruk is awesome in every way I was really scared to trade in my beautiful escape but wanted to get a car. Had my new car to me as quick as he could......And when I signed the second bill of sale, he assisted me when there was amounts that should not have been on there, in taking it right away to have it straightened out. This is the second vehicle I've purchased through Steve and will only deal with him. If he leaves Ford, so will I on my next vehicle........I have and will recommend Steve to all the police employees that I work with...Way to go Steve. More
