Honest service advisor I was mislead by a different dealership into what could have been a costly (and unnecessary) expense. I took it to Oakridge Ford for a second opinion and what the other one told me was not the case at all. I did need work done, but not what I was told elsewhere. Also, the service advisor at Oakridge Ford got me into a courtesy car immediately, knowing that I was in a crunch for time that day. The honesty that your service advisor gave to me that day (along with the help with a courtesy vehicle) far surpasses any experience I've ever had with my vehicle!! And, because of that honesty (which is rare for an automotive dealership), that will bring me back there every time and I will now recommend Oakridge Ford over and over again! The customer service was above and beyond that day!! More
