Very satisfied with the service adviser Melanie. Turns out battery needed to be replaced. My appointment was for 10 A.M. Nov. 1st. Car finally ready at 2:30 P.M. Nov. 2nd. Oakland had to get me a rental car in the meantime. Obviously the appointment time is totally meaning less and has no bearing on the time the car actually goes into the garage for service. More
