A rocky start but a good experience overall. I recently purchased a 2019 Nissan Micra from this dealership. Overall it was a pretty straight forward process. The sales person has to come with you when you test drive a car, which frankly I dislike. Most dealerships don't require this anymore so this is something I'd probably advise them to work on. I also ran into a bit of an issue with the roof rack I purchased. It was an expensive option and I had asked them why it cost so much and was told it had to be specially bolted to the car as the micra does not come with factory installed roof rails. It turns out I got basically an off the shelf roof rack, albeit a good quality Thule branded one. I could have gotten it for cheaper off of amazon than what I paid the dealer for it. There was a miscommunication between the parts and service department apparently, which I suppose could happen. Additionally I had purchased their winter tire package. I was supposed to get studdable tires but it turns out my trim level has a larger tire size and the tires I had bought did not fit the rims. They were not able to source a studdable 16" winter tire for me, but they did refund me the difference in price for the tires they substituted.. Everyone is quite friendly at the dealership. The sales manager seems particularly open and honest, which frankly is very refreshing. My sales person was available to reach via text which was also very convenient. I was able to reach him outside of normal working hours and got responses during his time off. This was very unexpected but appreciated. I'm looking forward to seeing how their service department is to work with. Their prices for oil changes seems reasonable as do their service packages. I particularly like the fact that they have a drive in oil change bay where if it takes longer than 30 minutes they don't charge you. I hate dropping my car off for a simple oil change only to be told it will take two hours. Longer if you leave the dealership. It's actually because of this option that I opted to buy a car from this dealer. More

We were able to drive our new vehicle home the same day we purchased it; thanks to the hard work of Jon and Janice.
