I was personably welcomed at the service desk and the rapport I have I was accommodated with a quick appointment to have something checked on my car. I was personably welcomed at the service desk and the rapport I have with them was immediately resurrected. We then discussed my concern. An analysis was performed, with my consent the problem was fixed and I was on my way in less than an hour, barely time to properly crack my book open. Everything was explained to me in detail and I was informed of upcoming service requirements and encouraged to contact them at my convenience. In the 10 years I have owned my KIA I have never taken it anywhere but to this outlet. The customer service and professional work has been exemplary. More
