Ryan and I did test drive 2 vehicles which took about an hour. I was at the dealership for 4 hours. Part of the issue was it was a pretty busy Saturday. A little more of a streamlined process might be a bit better. With my previous dealership that I dealt with, the sales person was able to handle everything and was an excellent experience. I worked with Ryan first, then was moved to Aaron for a bit (manager) then was sent off to Jim. A lot of the waiting was on the two managers to become available. Other than that, picking up the car was an excellent experience as well as a follow up the next day. I'm very satisfied with my purchase! More

Have just purchased a new Kia Optima Hybrid Premium. We were hoping to find Sheila upon arrival in the dealership based on earlier reviews on this site - glad she was there as the reviews are correct. The whole process went very smoothly for a car that had to be located elsewhere in the Maritimes and brought there (we wanted the Light Graphite colour that is unique to the Optima Hybrid). Sheila even took the car for us to a local tire delaer to have nitrogen put in the tires. The service area installed our hood deflector and made sure we were ahppy with the fit and look. If you are interested in a Kia vehicle, highly recommend visiting Kia Halifax (we live on the Eastern Shore but well worth driving over the bridge) and talking to Sheila. More

Came in for Climate system problem. Blower wasn't at max for the footwells and let Marc know the problem. While waiting for the tech, I asked Sheila, who sold my car to me, if I had been signed up for the Rewards Program when I purchased the car. She said she'd check and get back to me. Within 3 mins of first speaking to Marc, the tech, David came outside to check the problem. Problem wasn't happening when David was checking and he was thorough, but told me to come back should it occur again. While outside Sheila brought my activated Rewards card to me. Thanks folks. I went to KIA in Halifax with the Forte sx automatic in mind. Only to find out that there were only manuals on the lot, when Ryan found out that I was ONLY interested in this automatic vehicle he went the mind. Only to find out that there were only manuals on the lot, when Ryan found out that I was ONLY interested in this automatic vehicle he went the extra mile literally, he called the dartmouth KIA dealer and found out they had 1 Forte sx automatic and he immediately drove to Dartmouth and brought the car back to me.
