His knowledge was extensive and he was helpful and friendly without ever being pushy. He even arranged to have our undercoating done two weeks after the purchase to accommodate a trip we were taking. I was treated as though I knew nothing, wouldn't understand anything anyway, and - in one case - told to "bring in my negotiator aka my husband" to handle the details. Needless to say I was not looking forward to buying another car. However, I can honestly say that this was a VERY positive experience from beginning to end. Mark Roche was extremely courteous and helpful. He bent over backwards to accommodate my wishes. Mark Nicholson treated me with respect and didn't try to coerce me into purchasing numerous "extras" that I neither wanted nor needed. Great Experience I first scouted for the vehicle I wanted online then called to inform O'Regans Kia of my choice. When I got there to test drive the SUV I had picked they brought out the wrong one and were most apologetic about it. The next day I did get the chance to do a test drive and John and Mark were very helpful, friendly and did all they could to make my visit pleasant and stress free. Mark got me the best deal for financing and John had my vehicle in tip top shape when I picked it up. Great staff and I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

He took the time to explain the various "add-ons" that could be purchased and/or financed and never pressured us to take any of them- though was quick to point out and recommend that, as a fellow Kia owner, the Extended Warranty was highly recommended.
