Efficient, friendly service in a pleasant environment I have been going to this dealer since 2005 and I have always had great service for my Acura TL. Work was always done on time and they ensured that I I have been going to this dealer since 2005 and I have always had great service for my Acura TL. Work was always done on time and they ensured that I had my choice of transport to my place of work while the car was being serviced. In the past I have encountered poor service and dishonest mechanics at some other businesses but I feel that I am getting fair and honest treatment at Northwest Acura. In addition to the good service, the service experience is pleasant because of renovations to their workplace that were done over the years, Vehicles are processed in an orderly fashion and the environment is calm and quiet. That was one of the features that attracted me to Northwest Acura in addition to the high quality of the vehicles. More
