2004 Acura EL Maintenance Maintenance included oil change and dealing with airbag warning light on on dash board. Acura shop concluded that drivers seat belt was at fault and a Maintenance included oil change and dealing with airbag warning light on on dash board. Acura shop concluded that drivers seat belt was at fault and airbags were thus disabled. Repair was to cost ~$550. But i had the exact same problem with this car 6 years ago. NW Acura agreed to repair seat belt problem with labor only cost of ~$150 plus diagnosis cost of ~$85. Kudos to NW Acura to help cover cost of obvious inherent Acura defect. Never had this problem with any of my other vehicles (Toyotas, Hondas, Mercedes). More

In addition to the good service, the service experience is pleasant because of renovations to their workplace that were done over the years, Vehicles are processed in an orderly fashion and the environment is calm and quiet. That was one of the features that attracted me to Northwest Acura in addition to the high quality of the vehicles. More
