Stacey was able to quickly arrange a demo of the car we were interested in and then put in an extraordinary effort to make sure we left the dealership that day knowing that soon we would be driving that car. Patrick made us comfortable with sorting out the financial details and was more than happy to make recommendations, explain all the details and answer our questions. As I said, it’s hard to compare this experience with our previous purchase experiences but Stacey did the work and made it as smooth as possible. More
