2015 MKX Northway Ford was the first dealership my husband and I went visited, we took a couple different cars out for test drives and then sat down and talked Northway Ford was the first dealership my husband and I went visited, we took a couple different cars out for test drives and then sat down and talked with John Bolt. He was funny, nice and was not pushy at all! I had a speech prepared before we got there for the "pushy salesman" and I didn't have to use it. After we left Northway Ford I said to my husband that I really liked John, he was really good at what he did. We went to another dealership and I liked the car on the other dealership lot better but the salesman was horrible, he was the salesman I expected, there was no way on this earth that I was going to buy a car from him, especially after dealing with John so we decided to buy brand new instead of used just so we could buy a car from John Bolt. He will be our car guy for life now! Everyone at Northway Ford was awesome to deal with, the whole experience was so pleasant and easy!! Keep up the great work Northway!! More

Very friendly and welcoming I spoke with Chris Lye on the phone from Woodstock regarding a 2014 Ford Focus that I seen on Autotrader for a steal of a price, and sure enough the c I spoke with Chris Lye on the phone from Woodstock regarding a 2014 Ford Focus that I seen on Autotrader for a steal of a price, and sure enough the car was still there, Chris was courteous enough to have the car parked at the front of the dealership ready for me to inspect and test drive, throughout the entire time Chris was very friendly. The car was in great shape and drove great (like all Fords do) after the test drive and little pressure from Chris on buying the car he gave me the clean car proof of the car and I decided I would buy it. I then discussed with a very friendly young woman named Elise my options for warranty and maintenance. Both Chris and Elise were great people who could actually relate to you and would not pressure you like most dealers to buy a car or extra options for their financial satisfaction. All in all a great experience, I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. More
