Fantastic and friendly service! We bought a used Ford Flex from the folks at Northway. They were all very friendly and approachable, which made the buying experience really great. It was a much better experience that we had with the other dealers we visited in Toronto. We arrived, test drove the car, and bought all within an hour. Elise was just wonderful and Dave made the paperwork part very simple. It was definitely worth the drive to Brantford and we have been singing their praises ever since. More

Something just doesn't feel ( or look ) right Took my car in for service (recall). They say they replaced both of my tail lights under a recall notice - no charge. That night noticed the exact sam Took my car in for service (recall). They say they replaced both of my tail lights under a recall notice - no charge. That night noticed the exact same problem, Upon a second visit it was determined that one tail light had a shorted wire. They fixed the short and supposedly replaced one of the tail lights again. Now it works properly. You think they would have noticed this the 1st time since I've had the exact same short for almost a year now. It's wasn't intermittent, it was consistent. Upon further investigation, I noticed the other tail light ( they supposedly replaced the first time) had residue car wax similar to when I last waxed the car, last year. You can easily see the difference between the "new" tail light and the other one that "was replaced" two weeks ago, Maybe they ship new tail lights to look like 4 year old ones and place wax on the rim to make it blend in. More

He is a all around good person and trading in and choosing the vehicle very easy even with my busy schedule. Definitely would buy another vehicle . I had an excellent sales representative named Chris who was help I just recently purchased a used Ford Taurus from Northway Ford Lincoln in Brantford. I had an excellent sales representative named Chris who was helpful, friendly and knowledgable! He made sure we were satisfied with the trade value of my truck before settling on a deal, he wasn't too pushy and he didn't make it seem like he only wanted to make a sale; he was really interested if we were happy with it first, which was nice! Once I bought the car, he went over everything in the new car with me from head to toe he made sure I understood how everything worked and he gave me his card incase I ever had any questions regarding the car or needed help with something. My family came with and we were ALL extremely pleased with the experience we had at Northway and we will definitely recommend it to everyone! Thanks again Northway! More
