Professional and Courteous We were shopping around for a used Lincoln MKX and found one @ Northway. Had some dialogue over the phone and sounded like a great a car. Arrived and was introduced to Chris Birley, our salesman. Chris was friendly, courteous and very helpful through the whole process. Both my wife and myself took the car for a test drive with Chris riding along. He answered all our questions and pointed out the vast number of features this vehicle had. When we returned, we sat down and negotiated a deal, which I felt was good, given the other vehicles we had looked at. We spent time with Elise, the business mgr. going over the deal and were offered additional warranty and corrosion protection, which we ended up declining. Elise was very pleasant and professional. Picking up the car was great too. Dave Miller went over all the paperwork and answered questions. Chris then took me out to the car, which had been nicely washed/detailed and went over all the features and functions. Lots to know! Very pleased with the car and the experience @ Northway.
