He was courteous and professional; and resolved the situation to my satisfaction. I'd like to thank him for that. I'd also like to put in a good word for Spencer; one of the sales people at Northstar Hyundai. Spencer was friendly; personable; and honest throughout my interactions with him; even when I didn't end up buying a vehicle at Northstar Hyundai.
