He was courteous and professional; and resolved the situation to my satisfaction. I'd like to thank him for that. I'd also like to put in a good word for Spencer; one of the sales people at Northstar Hyundai. Spencer was friendly; personable; and honest throughout my interactions with him; even when I didn't end up buying a vehicle at Northstar Hyundai. Initially, we worked with Steven, who was personable, friendly, pressure-free & knowledgeable. For our next (very lengthy) visit, we worked with Nas, who was all of the above as well. Nas has an impressive "on the spot" knowledge about the vehicle we were looking at and was able & happy to explain in detail to us the whole "Go Auto" thing. We felt very comfortable with him and felt he was fair & honest with us at all times. More
