It's a great vehicle and North Star Sales was great in getting us the right price for the lightly used car. Now every car has moving parts and I can guantaree that at some point something is going to fail. We live 450km from the dealership and we have no Hyundai in our town. We had a rear diff failure as well as the need for a new hub and bearing on separate events. Mike King and Hyundai and their team went over and beyond in fixing the car, including towing the car to the dealership in their dime. For the hub and bearing they arranged and paid for repairs at a Ford dealership in our town. Talk about service! Things are always going to go wrong even with a new car....trust me. It's the service you pay for, and Northstar go over and beyond for their customers. And because of that, you likely have a customer for life. Thanks Mike King and thanks Hyundai! More

Dream car Great experience with purchasing my vehicle at this dealership, Seen my dream car on their lot by mistake while i was dropping my aunt off to pick her Great experience with purchasing my vehicle at this dealership, Seen my dream car on their lot by mistake while i was dropping my aunt off to pick her car up at a different dealership near the hyundai which was being worked on. I was having a look at the car on the lot and Mark King approached me and after speaking with him he arranged for me to come take the car for a test drive the following day. I was able to test drive and look over the car and found it to be in amazing condition. Mark was able to turn me from being a tire kicker into a happy customer driving my dream car. I found Mark was helpful with details about the car and the history report and was reasonable about helping me meet my price limit that i had set myself within. It was a stress free purchasing situation and i would recommend mark and this dealership to others. I don't normally(ever) do these reviews but in this case i felt i kind of hard not to. Lots of smiles on the way home with this car. I encourage you to enjoy your experience if you choose this dealership and Mark. :) More
