We bought a car from them and right from the get go some of our lights weren't working. its been a month and half and still not fixed, they are not good at calling you back. and then my muffler comes fright of our lights weren't working. its been a month and half and still not fixed, they are not good at calling you back. and then my muffler comes fright off the flanch. waiting for that repair. It was a pleasure to deal with the staff at Northside, especially Noah and Kyle in the Sales Department. Even though it was not a mistake on the Northside dealership's website, Kyle made it right by splitting the additional cost with me. While many dealerships are taking advantage of supply chain issues to gouge customers, Northside gave me a fair price on a sold-out vehicle. The service department was very quick; I saw my car come off the truck at the end of day and it was ready for test drive the following afternoon. Dominic and Graydon made financing easy; they were able to get me 0% for 60 months at a time when interest is going up! I was made to feel as a valued customer: even though I bought the cheapest vehicle in the Mitsubishi lineup, Liam the GM came by personally to shake my hand and thank me for my business. 5 stars! 6 if it was possible ^_^ More

I’ve dealt with Northside Mitsubishi a few time’s once was my fob for my outlander as the service lady said it went into valet mode it took her maybe 5 minutes to get it to work she (I didn’t get her name was my fob for my outlander as the service lady said it went into valet mode it took her maybe 5 minutes to get it to work she (I didn’t get her name) was very polite pleasant and friendly. I was a bit apprehensive at first in taking my car in for service at a different garage after being so loyal to my usual garage. Since I got a really good price on tires, I thought I would let Northside Mits service at a different garage after being so loyal to my usual garage. Since I got a really good price on tires, I thought I would let Northside Mitsubishi also look after the installation. Since it was also close to my next oil change, I added that service as well. Ryan was very respectful and pleasant to deal, by phone, emails and in-person and great customer service from Estelle at the counter. Definitely recommend this Service Centre..Kudos!! More

MITSUBISHIS DOESNT CARE ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS! I bought a used vehicle from this dealer with a few small issues as noted on the inspection, upon getting the vehicle inspected myself found the vehicle needed used vehicle from this dealer with a few small issues as noted on the inspection, upon getting the vehicle inspected myself found the vehicle needed over $4000 in repairs not noted in their used vehicle inspection. after speaking with the manager they originally agreed to pay for some of. the parts but now won't respond. to emails and keep changing they're story on what they're going to do I've given them plenty of time to rectify this now as it's been months of back and forth and the situation still isn't rectified. This dealer won't stand behind the cars that they sell and i highly suggest shopping elsewhere if you have the option as it will save you the headache. will have to go through amvic now to try and get this resolved this dealership has worse service and used vehicle reconditioning than a dirt lot More
