Good customer service doesn't make up for price I went to the nearest dealership after moving to Alberta because I didn't know of any other place really. Not only did they charge 50% more than the garage near my house for the assessment, they also charged 50% more for fixing whatever needed to be fixed on the car (which according to my new mechanice, doesn't need to get fixed right now). They are very polite and courteous, but at the end of the day, they're not in the smiles business, they're in the car business. More

Went for a test drive and ended up buying a 2012 Mitsubishi RVR right then and there. I was expecting a frustrating time but got just the opposite.
