After countless nights of reading reviews and comparing vehicles, we decided that the Nissan Rogue (sport trim) was the best quality for the best price. Lucas was very professional, got his dealership to beat other dealershis for our trade in value's and provided exceptional customer service through the whole buying experience. After finalizing which vehicle we were going to purchase with our trade ins, we were passed off to Kyle (their financial advisor). Even though it was Kyle's 11th day in his new position, he was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our extensive questioning about the deal. He worked hard to get the final numbers down to something we were comfortable with so we could leave happy, after the reality ended up being much higher than what we thought was initially promised (darn added taxes & warranties). The final process was extremely slow due to some staff in training; she was very nice & I understand everyone has to learn somehow, but perhaps more supervision could keep timelines for customers more reasonable. A very positive experience overall, though! I loved that we were shown around the service area & introduced to those we'd need to know in the future, it made us feel very valued. Thank you! More
