Awesome experience for a "first time buyer" I was nervous walking on the lot with my son, I didn't want to "deal" with a pushy salesperson. I hadnt bought a new vehicle in 30 years and at that t I was nervous walking on the lot with my son, I didn't want to "deal" with a pushy salesperson. I hadnt bought a new vehicle in 30 years and at that time my husband did the talking. I was met by Lucas, he was very personable and professional. I was put at ease right away and took a test drive in a Qashqai (I was nervous and hope I didn't scare him too much) and was very impressed with his knowledge of the vehicle and the Qashqai itself. Kyle, who has a great attitude and lots of patience, walked me through the financing and everything went smoothly. I could not have asked for a better experience overall! More

Vehicle purchase My dealings started over the internet with Lucas followed by phone calls and/or e-mails. Orginally we were looking to purchase to replace a 2004 Mura My dealings started over the internet with Lucas followed by phone calls and/or e-mails. Orginally we were looking to purchase to replace a 2004 Murano but decided to pay for repairs rather than purchase. Subsequent, we were involve in a single vehicle roll over accident which resulted in the vehicle being written off. I reconnected with Lucas and we negotiated a price (via e-mail) for a new Murano. Lucas was very professional and had my best interest in heart. Great job - would not hesitate to recommend. More

My husband and I were researching SUV’s for future purchase so we looked at a lot of different makes. We were so impressed with this young man’s knowledge of his product and his calm way of showing us the Murano without being pushy. Four months later we were ready to make our purchase and have found Lucas and the rest of the staff at Nissan wonderful to deal with. I highly recommend Lucas as a salesman. LOVE my Murano!! More

They had just sold the silver murano I wanted and it was the last one on the lot, instead of trying to talk me into a color they did have on their lot they immediately went looking for one they could bring in for me,, they found one in Kelowna ( over 300 miles away ) made me a good offer and I picked it up the next afternoon. They made arrangements for me to come in the next morning to do all the paperwork and insurance so I didn't feel rushed and they gave me a murano demo vehicle to drive while waiting for my new one, all without being asked they just offered. More

Excellent Service! I wanted to put this review online so anyone out there that is looking for a car will go to Northland Nissan for their excellent service! When I appl I wanted to put this review online so anyone out there that is looking for a car will go to Northland Nissan for their excellent service! When I applied online I immediately got an email from the Manager, Dom Sia and was very impressed with his interest in helping me. I got a call from him and discussed my situation as I am a causal worker and my significant other was on disability for 2 1/2 years and had just returned to work. I told him that I went to multiple other sources and was denied as I had No credit on file. I was considered a risk to many being a casual worker. I was assured that they would do their best, as I have been "assured" by many others. The only difference is, is that they really cared about MY needs and told me they would do the best they could to see that I got a vehicle as I could not work at all living in the outskirts of the city with no public transportation so time was an essence. I then began to work with Lucas Cyr and was AMAZED at the time and the effort he put into my situation. He went above and beyond showing me that he really wanted me to get a vehicle. Then I worked with both Lucas and Holly Keech (finance manager) and I was totally amazed at their constant communication, they both showed me that I was a "Person" not a sale! They got everything together and managed to get me into a vehicle and I was able to return to work. Prayer works! I not only got the help I needed, I got a car that I could only dream of owning, a car that was picked out for ME and when I saw it, I fell in love with it! I drove away from there wishing I could shout to the world to "GO TO NORTHLAND NISSAN, THEY CARE!" I have had my vehicle for a few days now and when I drive it, it is with a smile because I mattered to them, and they worked so hard to make it possible! The constant communication was so important and I could name you companies and banks that I went to and once they saw "denied" they didn't even call me to advise me, it was like they just went on to the customers "approved". That is the difference between Northland Nissan and the other companies, even when it looked grim, they told me and kept trying! From one happy Northland Nissan to everyone else, go see them and you will see what I mean! It is people like the receptionist, sales staff, Finance and management that make the company what is it, they are the "frontline" and they way they treat customers (as people) they will always stand out as the BEST Car Dealership I have ever dealt with!!
