I particularly like how they custom tailor their interactions to my specific needs. If I need more time & explanations, I immediately get what I need. If I need less (e.g. In my case, I prefer to 'learn' the new car on my own time and don't require a lengthy orientation), they are very flexible to meet my needs. Frustrated after a half hour search in the parking lot at the dealer I went home to eat as I hadn't yet all day Made a apt to bring the vehicle back into the shop for a more thorough search It now became the shop mystery everyone had there head in there looking Still no luck they pin pointed to the front and lifted the passenger seat up and under the carpet near the megiminsion that moves the seat back and forth it was lodged under the carpet My stress was immediately gone and the hunt was over Everyone was as curious as I was as to weher it could have gone Hours of hand and arm searching in every nook and cranny in the vehicle..
