I dealt with Peter - Very welcoming and understated - zero ego for being the Head of the Dealership and genuinely interested in making a positive difference to my experience whenever he saw me. I dealt with Kyle - Extremely proficient at crunching the numbers and chased down every detail of how to keep my payment where I needed it to be if I was going to drive my Rogue I met Titus and he gave me a thumbs up and a rather static smile, but still a xxxx of a nice guy More

Lack in training and customer service Nissan should know exactly why I am giving this review such a low rating. Zach - he was great as a salesman before I bought my used Toyota RAV4, but Nissan should know exactly why I am giving this review such a low rating. Zach - he was great as a salesman before I bought my used Toyota RAV4, but to be completely honest the car sold itself. After we took my used Toyota RAV4 home, Zach was extremely hard to reach, never returned phone calls, and never stood up to his word regarding promises he made. Peter - we dealt with Peter as he was the used sales manager. He left a bad taste in our mouth after trying to negotiate a deal to purchase. “I can, but I won’t” say anything nice about him. I should have stuck to my gut feeling and go to a different dealership after this encounter but I really loved the car. Kyle - financial person. He is really the only good experience we had at Nissan. You keep doing what you’re doing because you’re great. He was thorough when explaining warranties and was just easy to work with. Jennifer - parts associate. She seemed like she didn’t have time for me when I came in multiple times to check on the arrival of my car mats (which took weeks and weeks). Customer service was poor and she was quite off putting. I would have liked a phone call or two explaining why there was such a delay instead of me taking my time to drive down and ask myself. Service employees - I’d rather my car left dirty like when it goes in rather than it being half assed and being wet and still dirty. Chris - service/parts(?) manager. After being put through the run around with multiple employees, Chris tried to make it up to us. He was just an average manager trying to do his job. Overall: Bad experience as a whole and they were given multiple chances to show us wrong. I would not recommend them to anyone. There are better dealerships in PG to go to when looking to buy a car and those places actually have both great customer service and great products to offer. More

It wasn't the vehicle she wanted but they added a couple things to make her happy and on her way to get the vehicle she wants. They had the papers drawn up and winter tires on the car all so she didn't have to waste time after work. Highly reccomwnd More

Dom was also really good, didn’t deal with him much, but he seemed to be very knowledgeable in regards to the truck. Holly made the finance portion a breeze, very personable and explained everything in great detail. We didn’t deal with James or Zach, but they went out of their way to make sure our 2 kids were being occupied by turning on a movie on Netflix and serving them popcorn. I would definitely recommend this dealer ship when buying a vehicle. More

In my time at Northland Nissan, I was impressed with the knowledge, friendliness, and desire to help that was shown. I will for sure be taking my Rogue there for service in the future, and would highly recommend this dealership. More
