Excellent customer service I had a great experience when it came to finding a vehicle with Kia. Matt was one of the associates who really did give us his all. Run Far, Run Fast! I purchased a Jeep August 10, 2018 on the condition that items noted on the Mechanical Fitness Assessment were looked after by Northland’s service dep I purchased a Jeep August 10, 2018 on the condition that items noted on the Mechanical Fitness Assessment were looked after by Northland’s service department. One condition was to put on new tires as the ones on it were tread-bare and one leaked. They kept making excuses and then some fool named Chad called me at home to say that “it’s a 4x4 – you don’t need tread”. Really? I beg to differ with you Chad, you obviously don’t know anything about vehicles or tires. The Service department ordered wrong parts, but hey, what’s another week to wait. Vehicle goes in to have rear brakes done, but when returned, brakes are not done. Fast forward to September, work is still not done so I submitted a complaint to AMVIC. Once AMVIC was involved, Northland was eager to get the complaint closed and arranged to do the work. When I eventually got my vehicle back, I believed they had done the work, and I signed off on the complaint. They were to do the back brakes and check/reset the ebrake. Shortly after the ebrake started to malfunction again, so I took it to my own mechanic who indicated that the ebrake components were completely seized, requiring replacement of the ebrake shoes and levers. He said that since Northland replaced the pads and rotors, there is no way they didn’t see what was happening with the ebrake shoes and levers. Also on the MFA it was indicated that there were a couple of ‘sweats’ and Northland assured me these were nothing to be concerned with. My mechanic indicated that the problem was much bigger than a couple of ‘sweats’ – the oil filter housing was leaking at the seals. He said that any ‘professional’ mechanic would have seen the housing reservoir overflowing – and the oil was running down the back of the motor directly onto the exhaust, a definite fire hazard. He suggested that Northland knew of the problem, but didn’t want to put the money in to fix it, so they passed it off on the MFA as a couple of ‘sweats’. I paid $1,244 to have these issues fixed properly, by a qualified mechanic. I contacted Northland and was told they are not willing to do anything further for me. I contacted the BBB and Northland has chosen not to respond to them. Based on my entire Northland experience, I rate them zero stars – not because they are a service department nightmare, not because the salesman forged my signature on the Carproof Report and ‘forgot’ to do the registration, not because I had to struggle with them for almost 2 months to do the work they were accountable for; but because they are untrustworthy. They are the epitome of a shady dealership and they will lie to your face. All they want is your money. After they have your money, they don’t give a rats xxx about you or the vehicle they sold you. Buyer Be Double Aware On Mar 4th 2019 purchased 2019 Sorento. Signed contract and paid deposit to pick up vehicle on Mar 7th. When I came in to get vehicle they had typed On Mar 4th 2019 purchased 2019 Sorento. Signed contract and paid deposit to pick up vehicle on Mar 7th. When I came in to get vehicle they had typed up new contract to replace the hand written one which I signed. Imagine my chagrin when I got home and discovered they had increased the price by $2000. I immediately went back that night to confront sales manager and after some time determined I would get a refund. Come in tomorrow and pick up check. But on Friday the 8th I was contacted and told check could not be picked up today as it required 2 signatures. but they would courier it out Monday. Monday came and nothing. Contacted them Monday night, Check had not been signed however they would credit my card and courier out the receipt Tuesday the 12th. At this point it had all been verbal agreement and I requested several times that they send out an email to confirm. Finally they did so. Tuesday I send email as to the courier but no reply. Wednesday I phoned sales manager cell phone several times but he would answer.phoned, so I borrowed a another phone to call and he immediate answered this number.Did not understand why I had not received it and would get back to me-never did. Went into dealership and encountered rude and incompetent staff. HOW MANY TIMES DID I HAVE TO BE TOLD THEY HAD COURIERED IT OUT. THEY HAD DONE THEIR JOB AND TO JUST GET OUT. I did not leave until they gave me the tracking info on courier. Turns out they were correct- they had couriered it out but now the incompetent part- to the wrong address. They had been the lowest rated dealership in both Calgary and Edmonton but I had no real appreciation of what that meant. Lesson learned More

Was told that “financing determines the final amount” but that they would learn from this in the future. Don’t be a trusting fool. Don’t go there. More

Great service I needed a car good on fuel. Called for finance. One hour and I had my Kia. Only had one set of keys and needed two. Always loose keys. Fob are costly I needed a car good on fuel. Couple of days later called and said bring the car in for program the fob. Unreal no charge at all. I took the Kia in for first service on Sept 29. And the girl at the desk was so nice and answered all my questions. So nice to talk to good people. And no charge at all again. Great car and great people. Need a car go see them. More

This dealers scammed us on the finance sold us a warranty of $2500 and told us we had to take the warranty in order to get the Finance, on speaking to TD this was not the case at all Rahul financial advisor, they also tried to slip in lots of other charges. Please be aware this dealers has no scrupples when i spoke to the GM he basically told me i was lying great customer service and if i could prove Rahul was lying he would pay me $500 dollars. Really people take my advice and AVOID AVOID AVOID i have wasted so much time cancelling and sort out this stuff afterwards it completly took the shine of buying a new car. More

My wife from south Calgary to have a look and just before moving on finance, a staff came and said that this deal what not to happen. The price was going up by 160$ more per month. He left and never came back. The original price was approve by the manager and presented to me by him and the salesperson. No coomunication. No respect. We say but we change ideas 3 hours later. This is not a place to go. They showed me a non respect of a future costumer. They are the one who called me with this offer. What a lost of my time!,,,, More
first time buyer here! When I came here I was welcomed by Lindsay and I then proceeded to tell him what I was after. He then brought me to the right personel to do a test drive of a vehicle. I needed to have my wife also see this vehicle however she was not with me. They politely suggested I take it to her in Airdrie if I wanted to. I thought that was quite nice seeing as how it is a good 30mins away. Wife like it, I brought it back and we then talked money. I made him an offer of $3500 less and without much trouble at all, they agreed to the deal. Financing was easy and efficient. Additional perks were provided and I am a very happy camper! More
