The person dealing with my car (Dave M) was rude. Made me wait 4 hours for oil change and car key battery change. No updates about my car were given during the 4 hours I waited at the dealership. Around the 3rd hour of my waiting period, I went to my advisor to get an update on my car and I still wasn’t told anything. One of the things I wanted to get fixed the headlight. When everything was done and I was about to drive away with my car, I noticed that the headlight is still not working. They charged me for it and didn’t even bother to inform me that it’s still not working. I hope I get a different advisor next time. Never been this disappointed at this dealership. More

They where quick to get my car in. However I was charged for 2 diagnostics and they still didn't have an answer for me. I was in on a Wednesday and by Saturday I was dead on side of However I was charged for 2 diagnostics and they still didn't have an answer for me. Took my new to me Trail Blazer in for its first complimentary oil change and also had them check for a slow leak in one of the tires. Got a ride from the shuttle too.
