I went to Hyundai to purchase a brand new reliable vehicle and have gotten the exact opposite. Within year years my car has broken down three times. This last time, my car sat at the shop for ten week vehicle and have gotten the exact opposite. Within year years my car has broken down three times. This last time, my car sat at the shop for ten weeks before the needed warranty work was approved. I don’t understand why a car that has warranty takes ten weeks to be approved.I was told when I purchased my car that I wouldn't have to pay for towing yet it’s been four months since my car was towed and I’m still waiting to be reimbursed for a bill I never should of had to pay. We had gone to the manager Mike multiple times looking for updates and the manager insisted he would get back to us and never did. Northland Hyundai in Prince George is the worst dealership I have ever been to with the worst customer service. More
