Purchased my second vehicle from you in February - was told to expect a phone call to schedule the installation of the northern package. 3 months later I had to call to follow up as I still had not heard told to expect a phone call to schedule the installation of the northern package. 3 months later I had to call to follow up as I still had not heard anything. I asked for a call back at my phone number to confirm the appointment and never heard anything back so was going to follow up the next day when my husband told me they texted him to confirm the appointment. We had asked to have his number removed as the main contact last time we were in the dealership. Block heater was installed but the weather matts and windshield wipers were not and were thrown in the back of the vehicle??? Why were they not installed I am confused? My husband received a text that the vehicle was done so that leads me to believe that it wasn’t a time concern? Have had absolutely no concerns with any of my previous interactions with both the sales and service side and have told people what an awesome experience it was to purchase a vehicle from you but this last experience has been less than ideal. I will not go back to this dealership for anything. They said I needed to have services done that another reputable mechanic said I don’t need. For example: they said I have a coolant leak. They even did a pressure test to confirm. Said my calibres are leaking that I need to replace both. Only one is leaking thus only one needed replacing. They said I need to replace rotors and pads. Turns out they didn’t need to be replaced. So what the dealership said would be a $1600 job was only $525. If you’re a female, expect to be taken advantage of. More
