The truck in question was listed at $51,049 which was fair considering the options and accessories shown including the larger tires, fender flares and box cover which made it more unique. I asked a lot of questions via email back and forth with Yosef, but did not get answers, only a suggestion to call which I did. I had a trade in that needed to be valued, and was working with the salesmen to draw up a sales agreement which never did happen. After calling the dealer and asking to speak with a sales manager, as the email responses were informative I was greeted with Bobby Pejhan who was very pleasant. Again we emailed and texted and spoke on th phone many times. I was looking for something on. Paper documenting the price, options of the truck trade in allowance, and roughly what my payments would be. The problem was that the dealer ad did not include specifics about the extras such as the black wheels and 35" tires, or if there was suspension upgrades as it looked higher which I wanted. Bobby sent me some forms to sign basically authorization to take a deposit for the truck and credit card information. I quickly told him that I didn't have any issues putting a deposit on the truck to hold it, but I wanted to make sure that the truck included all of the accessories as shown. Bobby had told me on the phone that the listed price online $51,049 was correct and included everything as shown, and even checked with another associate while I was on the phone with him. Upon my return after the labour day weekend in the US I contacted the dealer to complete my sale when I realized that the truck had been removed from the auto trader, and that the truck listing on northyorkchrysler.ca had increased its sale price prom to $51,049 to over $56,500., more than a $6000 increase. I asked Bobby specifically about this and asked what happened. We had already had a verbal sale arrangement that I had been waiting for the paperwork on. Keep in mind that this deliberation was over a period of 2 1/2 weeks. So the phone call was brief. What happened with the price, and why did you not let me know about this weeks ago...I didn't know. Two salesmen, 2 1/2 weeks of communication (which I have copies of) and finally, I didn't know what is included on the truck, and I don't know the price. At this point I already had given pictures of my truck for trade in, to the dealer, contacted my lender for amount owing, got a trade in value, arranged to come and test drive the truck, and then I am told the price has gone up $6000. Two thumbs down for NOT being open and honest. it is clear that the information was not provided in fear of losing a sale. I hope to save other potential buyers time and energy by avoiding dealing with North York Chrysler. Buyer beware...get everything in writing. More

Horrible customer service Made an appointment to look at a vehicle for 8pm. 19 minutes before the appointment, I get a text message from the sales person saying the car sold. We went to different dealerships including the ones next door from the Dodge dealership. The other dealers talked down on us and insisted that we're young and that we don't need a van but an SUV. We may be young, but we're not immature and we know what we needed the van for - we're not planning on showing off. We decided to go inside the Dodge dealership and ended up with a new van. There was no pressure, just excellent and honest customer service. We just got back from our trip in Southern U.S. and it was excellent, plus the 3 year/60,000km roadside assistance gave us peace of mind. When the time comes to buy another car, we're definitely coming back to this place More
