Beware of OIL CHANGE PRACTICE !!! BETTER COMMUNICATION REQUIRED!! When you go for an oil change this dealer fills up any fluids that are low .... this sounds like it is a bonus to yo BETTER COMMUNICATION REQUIRED!! When you go for an oil change this dealer fills up any fluids that are low .... this sounds like it is a bonus to you... BUT.... the problem is that I noticed they were adding engine coolant during an oil change. The car is only a couple of years old and under full warranty. The problem is they do not tell you that they are adding things like engine coolant. On a closed system like that, it means that coolant is usually leaking somewhere. I have had many new cars before and other dealerships have a little sheet they check off that tells you what fluids they have added during an oil change. Of course that is one way to do it .... North York Chrysler just doesn't bother to tell you. So sure enough I watched the coolant level over the next few weeks and the level is going down in the reservoir and a damp area is on the driveway. ALSO >>>> PLEASE LET YOUR STAFF KNOW THAT THE SPEED LIMIT SIGNS APPLY TO THEM TOO! I almost got run over when they came speeding through the area where you pick up your vehicle. VERY DANGEROUS!! More

Unexpected Service .... but with a smile Further to a most recent service, the "Needs Air In Tires" dashboard light came on soon afterwards. I drove to the dealership expecting to just have Further to a most recent service, the "Needs Air In Tires" dashboard light came on soon afterwards. I drove to the dealership expecting to just have the tires re-checked and air put in. One of the mechanics in the Express Lane so undertook. However, he informed me that he could not get the valve of the back right tire saying that it had seized up. He then checked with someone else and was told to pry it off with a pliers. He did and then showed and informed me that the interconnecting sensor was broken and should be repaired as air would likely continue leaking out or possibly the plastic components could actually fall into the tire and cause a problem that way. As timing would have it, I saw the Service Mgr. Sarah and we spoke ( and she knows me from dealings over the years). She confirmed how again the sensor operates and how it is affected with sudden temperature (cold) variations. My concern was that the tire may not have been attended to - pressure check and air fill - again on my recent visit (as how could it have been so difficult to remove). Sarah said we might as well fix it while I'm here and right away, and then instructed her Advisor Heather to write it up on their expense. Despite this annoying quick return visit, the job was indeed done in relatively quick fashion and at the very nice no-charge price. I thank Sarah and the dealership for putting me first in this instance (not to mention that I am a long-time customer that's always appreciated the service done here .... nice to see that it's a two-way street). More

He had my Jeep looked at in the morning (got a courtesy ride to work in the area) and I picked it up in the early afternoon with the issue covered under warranty (battery).
