Not only did Jonathan walk me I have just come back from having my Dodge Journey RX serviced at North York Dodge Chrysler. What exceptional service! Not only did Jonathan walk me through the items that needed to be addressed, he actually took me to the back garage to show me the issues while my car was on the hoist. It made me feel very confident in the work that needed to be done. But the exceptional service didn't stop there... Jon took the time to find refurbished TOP LINE after market parts that would last 85% percent of OEM parts but cost less than half the price. Since my car had to be worked on for more than a couple of hours, Jon ordered the shuttle to take me home. What a pleasant ride! I had Juli take me home and then pick me back up to return me to the dealer. Juli was warm and engaging and made the ride fly by! He knew the best routes and was perfectly punctual. What a fabulous representation for a large company like Chrysler. Job well done hiring such efficient and wonderful personnel! More

Friendly and Honest! I went in to get my 2001 Dodge Dakota spare tire winch inspected and repaired. I had noticed that the spare tire was hanging and flopping around a fe I went in to get my 2001 Dodge Dakota spare tire winch inspected and repaired. I had noticed that the spare tire was hanging and flopping around a few inches below the bottom of the bed of the truck, rather than it being tight to the bottom of the bed. Will Wilkinson, Service Advisor, was very helpful and knowledgeable on the part/problem. He had suggested worst case scenario that I needed a new winch most likely and with labour I was looking at about $500 repair and leave the truck overnight as they didn't have the part in stock and it was dangerous to drive it around like that as the tire could actually fall off. Later that day he called me saying it was repaired for $372 total, no new winch needed, they were able to unseize the old one and get it working nicely again, and I picked up my truck that night. He could've charged me more by saying I needed the new part, but saved me some money by being honest. I will continue to get my truck serviced there as long as I continue getting service like Will provides. Thank you Will. More
