With regards to pricing, he definitely worked hard to get me a somewhat reasonable quote. Granted, there isn't much he can do about it, but he definitely tried and it was incredibly appreciated. The tech guys could be a little more well mannered. I'm 4/4 getting the grumpy service tech. I'm a firm believer that if im showing you that im competent in my vehicle, which doubles as my love child, you should probably make an effort to be more detailed in your explanations and not brush me off. The sales staff needs a serious over all. Over the years and the many cars ive purchased for myself and family members, its always been a crummy experience. After 5 attempts, we pretty much just go to this dealership to test drive the car in interest and buy it at another dealership because of how rude the sales staff is (no offense to odd person who actually cares about the customer). zero effort to negotiate and way too concerned with flaunting their condescending attitude.
