Very bad experience I purchased a car from North York Chrysler (Car Hub) dealership on 09/13/2018 with 4 winter tires which were added to my deal and I paid extra $1500 + I purchased a car from North York Chrysler (Car Hub) dealership on 09/13/2018 with 4 winter tires which were added to my deal and I paid extra $1500 + HST! They also advised me to purchase the extended warranty (useless) for another extra $3,576 (which I did) so it covers any future issue with the car from bumber to bumber! I had those winter tires installed on the car around Mid November 2018, and after less than 2 months and while I was driving, one of the tires blow up and ripped off in the middle of the street! I took the tire to the 3 different Tire shops and they all advised that the tire can not be fixed or driven on and needs a replacement! They also confirmed and said that this is a Manufacturer defect and those tires does not have a distributer as they carry unknown cheap brand!! I contacted North York Chrysler (Car Hub) dealership and they transferred me to their parts department, who declined to replaced or refund me the price I paid, and offered me ($50 credit) and after several attempts she offered me a refund for $550 only with the return of the 4 tires while I paid $1500 + HST!!! I tried to search the distributor of the tires and I couldn't find it and parts department manager at the North York Chrysler (Car Hub) dealership refused to give me any contact info and she mentioned that those tires in question are no longer available and not expected to be restocked!!! Their parts manager did her best to blame me for selecting those tires and when I proved that it was her selection, she tried to change the facts and offer me the $50 credit!!! The funny part when she offered me to purchase another set of tires with known good brands and the price per tire was between $206 - $235 while I was sold those defected unknown brand tires for $1500!!! Honestly with the extreme cold snowy weather we experienced and when I needed a safe car driving with family and kids on board, they choose to ignore my emails and messages... It seems making money for them is more important than the safety of their customers selling them those cheap tires!! I was wondering why a big dealership like this don't care about their reputation and the safety of their costumers! Don't recommend them and be aware of dealing with them... I'm taking legal actions to get my money back! More

very rude staff and not reliable company We had very rude behaviour from the staff (our product advisor was very polite but other staff was very rude), they do not care customer happiness. Excellent Service Vehicle was towed to North York Chrysler by road side assistance from Hwy 401 as its the closest dealership. Very nice service by Val who offered me a Vehicle was towed to North York Chrysler by road side assistance from Hwy 401 as its the closest dealership. Very nice service by Val who offered me a coffee to warm myself up after being in the car with no heat for over an hour waiting for the tow truck. Although its my first time here but i felt i was treated as a regular. I was told my vehicle might not be able to be looked at right away but i was offered a rental car with Discount with a special rate. Glad I did not have to take Uber or ask someone to pick me up. They managed to find the issue on the same day and had my car ready for the next day late afternoon. Thank you Val and the service team.
